This App is to help shift your Awareness to higher quality thoughts and actions on a daily basis. It was created by Frederick Dodson, author of 25 books in success and consciousness. You can set different types of "wake-up-calls" at times and in intervals that you specify. They are:
1) A Voice saying “Where is your awareness right now?”
2) A Voice saying “Where could your awareness be right now?”
3) A Voice saying “Where would you like your awareness to be right now?”
4) One of a selection of 10 beautiful sounds that can be used for multiple purposes such as memory-anchors,
zen-like calls to mindfulness and reminders of specific emotional states or goals.
